Our Process: We ensure that furnishings are kept clean throughout the chimney sweeping process. The steps include:



  1. Cover the front of the fireplace.

  2. Clean the inside of the chimney using special wire brushes and extension rods to thoroughly remove deposits from the flue all the way to the top of the chimney.

  3. Scrub the inside of the fireplace and firebox walls, the smoke chamber, smoke shelf, and the area around the damper assembly and frame using hand brushes and scrapers.

  4. Conduct a Level I visual inspection of the chimney, checking the firebox, damper, smoke chamber, flue, and chimney exterior to ensure the structure is sound and free from obstructions and combustible deposits, such as creosote. We’ll also identify any deficiencies and necessary repairs.

  5. Provide a written report upon completion, documenting the service performed and any recommended repairs based on the inspection findings.
